At that time it was three networks plus PBS. All of which came in on a big, goofy looking antenna attached to the side of your house. We got cable TV (including an MTV start-up) in the early 80s. It was like discovering Eden. These days my kid thinks our 70 channels are a bit lame... he's all about online. In another two years I'm sure I'll not here the end of it until we go all digital. LOL.
