My new console arrived about two hours ago and it freezes too. It's not as bad as the last one as of now, but it freezes all the same. Obviously 360s are meant to lock up and be unplayable. It must be part of their design. I can use it to play dvds, but at $400.00 it's a pretty expensive dvd player...
