Man I know it's frustrating, my fingers are crossed you have good luck this time, they claim the newer models have a very low failure rate so here is hoping you actually get one (apparently the elite brought in the first chain of motherboards with a higher quality built and set in to avoid warping issues that cause the RROD.

Hope it's true.
