I've been on the phone with the call center "1-800-4MYXBOX" 4 times this evening. So far I've been hung up on three times and put on hold for a half hour once. I'm not being an asshole or anything, they just don't want to help me. By the way, does Microsoft have any employees that speak English? I swear to god, I'm about to catch a plane just so I can knock one these fucker's teeth out. At this point it would be worth the money and the jail time. I have had enough of this bullshit. All I want is a working XBox 360, but apparently they don't make any. Microsoft is worse than Sony. At least Sony is up front about fucking you over...
