I dig this movie, and I'm not totally sure why. I got it from Netflix a few years ago and then picked up the great Synapse disc from Scarecrow Video in Seattle as an impulse purchase. It's not a movie that I watch a lot and can't recommend it to most people, but it's got a certain charm even with the (unecessary) hard core insert scenes. It just screams 1970s exploitation...it really stands as a perfect example of the genre/era.
