Serious plans underway for a Tales from the Crypt-type movie franchise for Clive Barker's Books of Blood? Article here. I think it's an awesome idea. Although I would imagine everyone will wait and see how MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN does before sinking alot of resources into this.
I think it would be hard to make THE BODY POLITIC (one of my favorites) in an effective manner. It could be done with alot of CG, but that doesn't generally translate too well to horror IMO.
