What are the best Italian Crime dvds out there?

In region 1 or 0 and NTSC too. I'm a huge fan/collector of the Lenzi ones and almost anything with Milian or Merli, John Saxon, etc. Anyone know of any rare gems or ones that don't get enough credit?
