This one's a kick ass horror film. And I mean horror in every sense of the word. This film is rightfully named High Tension because when the tension starts in, it never lets go. The gore was masterfully crafted, the atmosphere filled with fear and dispair, and the acting was dead on. Aja definitely impressed everybody with this gem. The killer in this one is just so menacing... What a presence. I could have done without the twist, but that's no biggie. Highly recommended French horror.
