Ready for one of the best and creepiest Asien horror movies ever? 'Cause here is SHUTTER! 
Holy shit! SHUTTER is a fucking masterpiece! What the hell happened to Thai horror? They always made promising movies that are pretty flawed, and in the next moment - with flicks like SARS WAR and SHUTTER - everything is perfectly right! Awesome!!!
I think SHUTTER is not only one of the creepiest Asian horror movies ever... it's also one of the very best. I love this flick. There are so many scary sequences, as well as great shock moments, but what's more important... the cast is great, giving life to the characters and make them so believable and sympathetic you care for them... plus the story is excellent and intelligent. I think the ending is one of the best ones ever. Although there are one or two hints of what's coming the ending hit me by surprise. SHUTTER is a must-see-movie in my opinion. Absolutely fantastic stuff! It might not win a prize for originality, but the scare scenes are handled so damn wonderful which I've rarely seen since RING or DARK WATER (not the US remakes but the real stuff).
If you're curios by now don't hesitate and buy the Hong Kong DVD which has got English subtitles. You won't regret it.
