Dead Alive/Brainded is the goriest movie i've seen. The region 2 DVD release under the title Braindead has even more gore and extra scenes than the Dead Alive version. Others worth noting are: Cannibal Ferox. Cannibal Holocaust. Beyond The Darkness. Day Of The Dead. The Beyond. Dawn Of The Dead also the Re-animator films.
