Worthwhile documentary with a fair amount of slashers covered, not just the Halloween's and F13's. Lots of behind the scenes stories. As the title implies, they generally tackle the subject matter in chronological order. Of particular interest is some of the social blowback these slashers received. This one examines horror more deeply than the typical documentary of this type. Stream it at the N.

I saw this one a while back. It makes me feel lucky all over again to have been around as a kid in the 80's.
