Never said I wasnt greedy, its not good for the series, but If I was making the money I would put Michael in as many sequels as I could too we could see him, in da hood, in space, in mayberry, Swimming at Boggy Creek, drinking and having sex with Tara Reid.

Fact of the matter is this...sequels are "made for the money"..they're cash ins. They're not a logical progression of the storyline like sequels are supposed to be, sequels in horror movies are basically excuses to use the same killer and the same formula and bring in way more money. It is a money making MACHINE. And know what? Who cares? I don't go looking at Halloween or Friday the 13th or Elm Street for artistic credibility, I look for around 90 minutes of entertainment. Yeah the sequels are cheap, and kinda lame...but we see them anyway..know why? Because whether it lives up to the original or not...WE'RE ENTERTAINED!
I'll see the Halloween sequel, and I'm sure you all will too. I realized my movie watching menu gets much bigger and more fun when I just let my guard down and let myself be entertained.
