Ah. Ok. I didn't know those were just bios at this point. I'll probably wait til its completed then.
I downloaded Earthcore, but I don't see Ancestor. Is it on a different site? Or is it there and I'm just a blind fool. )

Here's a link to Ancestor: http://www.podcastdirectory.com/podcasts/55194
I don't know why it isn't available from podiobooks.com or scottsigler.com. It used to be on both.
EDIT:
Here are a couple artist renderings of the creatures from the novel:

I'd also like to chime in with my first "anti-Sigler" opinion. I've been listening to Nocturnal for about a week, but can't get into it. To be honest, I don't even think I'm going to finish it.
I only posted this because I don't want anyone to think I blindly enjoy everything Sigler does...

Thanks for the heads up on Nocturnal. I was looking at it recently - think I'll definitely wait on it. What weren't you liking about it? Was it slow paced?
I've been slacking on my Sigler the last dew days actually. I'll have to delve back in this week sometime.

I just don't care for any aspect of the story, man. I don't like the creatures or the characters. For example, one of the cops is extremely annoying. It wouldn't be so bad, but the guy is important to the story and pops up often.
Maybe it would be okay if I actually read Nocturnal, because my problem pretty much lies with the way Sigler handles the podcast.

I've been off the Sigler train for a week or so. Got back on last night. I started Earthcore - listen to the prologue and the fist episode. Already like a lot of the characters and the feel/pace of the story.
It's still of course in the set up stage, but the hooks are already in!

Earthcore is a really cool story. It's often a little hard to believe, but that's half the fun. I actually listened to Earthcore II's intro for the first time this morning and it seems cool as well.

That's one reason why I enjoy these podcast novels. They're presented in 20 - 40 minute "episodes", so you can stop listening for a while and then easily start up again.
I found another awesome podcast, Knifey. It's called We're Alive. Every episode can be found here: http://www.podcastalley.com/podcast_details.php?pod_id=85140&allEpisodes=
Be sure to check it out, man. It's really good. Be sure to start downloading from the bottom of the page...

I enjoy the episode format too. The problem for me has been that I've been listening in bed as I'm going to sleep. It usually takes me forever to fall asleep, but lately I've been so exhausted I'll zonk right out so sometimes it'll take me 2 nights to get through one 45 minutes episode.
Also, that zombie podiobook sounds great. I will be sure to snag it. Thanks!

We're Alive is a little different than the average podcast, Knifey. It's a full cast of actors with sound effects and everything. It's quite good...
