Still going with Cannibal Ferox, not only is it my favorite cannibal movie but it's also one of my all time favorite movies in general. Entertaining story, amusing special effects, funny dialog, cool soundtrack, the list goes on...

I've only really seen Cannibal Holocaust, Jungle Holocaust, and some other one that I truly don't remember the name of it. And Cannibal Holocaust was my favorite.
