It's been so long since I've heard this movie was coming I completely forgot about it, IMDB has it listed as being a 2008 release. Has anyone heard anything at all about this movie, as in the status?
Just watched Dog Soldiers again the other day and I'm dieing for more.

I love IMDb and it's a great source, but never take anything they say about upcoming films seriously. They will post all kinds of outlandish stuff based only on hearsay.
And yes, Dog Soldiers is awesome, I hope if/when the sequel arrives it's a worthwhile effort.

I've been waiting on this movie for a long time too. I love Dog Soldiers. It's probably my favorite werewolf movie. The sequel will come eventually, and I hope it's awesome.
I'm really looking forward to the Wolfman remake too. Damn, I just said that I was looking forward to a remake. I'm ashamed of myself...

Anytime I hear sequel or remake, I just prepare myself for the worst and occasionally you get a nice surprise. Hopefully Dog Soldiers will be one of the surprises. My real fear for this sequel is they'll replace the wolf suits with CG. That would be so typical and would probably totally deflate what made the original so amazing.
