I like the first one even more since I saw it again and I hope that when the second one gets released on BD in Spain they at least do English subs so I can get it (hell, they did English subs AND audio on the one I have!). It'll be a while, I'm sure, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

FINALLY saw this, about a week ago. I dug the remake, but after seeing [REC] I agree that it's inferior. [REC] was much scarier, especially the last 10 minutes. I had a hard time sleeping after watching that final scene . . . something that very rarely happens to this jaded old horror fan!
