Okay, the movie opens with some young people making out then it cuts to a military roadblock where we're introduced to Sarah "Mena Suvari", Cpt. Rhodes "Ving Rhames?", Bud "I don't know his name" and Miguel Salazar "The incomparable Nick Cannon?". Some bad acting ensues. People die then rot instantly into grotesque zombies right before our eyes and start doing their best Spider-Man impressions i.e. crawling on walls and jumping 20 feet through the air? Anyway, more bad acting and Nick Cannon one liners lead into more bad acting and Nick Cannon one liners. Some zombies are set on fire which apparently makes zombies vaporize "I didn't know that". Anyway, more bad acting and Nick Cannon one liners lead into an underground research facility i.e. every single Resident Evil game. We see more bad acting and Nick Cannon one liners. A super smart scientist zombie kills a couple of people "ending Nick Cannon's one liners" and then gets killed in turn while we are being treated to some bad acting "I really miss those one liners". The good guys drive away. The End.
I cried hard when it ended because it was the best movie I've ever watched.
P.S.
This movie took TWO FUCKING YEARS to come out direct to dvd. I wonder why? Could it be that the "ARTISTS" that made it really wanted to do the best job they could?

I downloaded this movie for free and still felt cheated.

I thought about it and decided to add this into the mix. Shame on you Steve Miner, you are capable of better and you know it. Why god why did they have to call this movie Day of the Dead? Is this a sick joke? Is Steve Miner THAT hard up for a paycheck? Fellas I'm starting to feel bad. We should gather a collection for the Miner family, obviously they've fallen on hard times. This is the guy that gave us Friday the 13th pt.3 for the love of god, and now this. FOR SHAME! I do feel a little solice in the fact that this movie was green lit. If this piece of shit got funded I should have no trouble when my little zombie story is completed. Just do me this one favor. If and when my little movie is done and it sucks this bad will one of you find the kindness in your heart to give me a verbal ass kicking? It's all I ask of you. Smoke Signals in 2010 y'all.

If you take a look at the main page at http://www.houseofhorrors.com there is a positive review of this movie. Yes you heard me... a positive review.
I still have yet to finish it so I can't tell you my full thoughts but from what I saw I am very unimpressed.

I watched the trailer, and it made Uwe Boll flicks look good... I knew to pass on it from the moment I laid eyes on it.
