I noticed that, recently, people have been posting funny videos on the board. I figured it might be a good idea to have a whole thread devoted to this practice (or maybe not, we'll see).
I'm expecting mostly horror/cult movie-related vids (since, after all, this is what this place is about, amIright), altho you fellas should feel free to post really funny vids even if they aren't horror related.

I just got that movie from netflix and watched it last night. I remember seeing the boxart when I was young and wanting to see it, and finally got around to it.
What a king cheese classic.
watching it with my wife made it funnier with serious questions from her like
"why does that man look like a woman?"
and the best question she asked me was
"why are you watching this movie?"

You rock, Hammer. That is a shame, I kinda see their point but don't they realize that 1) it's free advertisement (that was pretty awesome IMO) and 2) they're shitting on their fans.
When Warner Bros. started doing that crap with Harry Potter fan sites, some parents started organizing a boycott of all things Harry Potter. The WB suddenly found their heart and stopped picking on the kiddies' web sites PDQ.

Maybe they have their own plans for Marvel Zombies. I'd love to see one of the feature length Marvel cartoons based on the subject. I'd really like to see the Infinity War too, but I'm a comic book nerd. I'm not that bad though. I don't have conversations on why Marvel is superior to DC or anything like that. I just enjoy reading them when a storyline sparks my interest "which hasn't happened recently".

I recently saw this film called the Lather Effect and I fell in love with it. Its about a bunch of 30 somethings who reunite for a party and in its aftermath talk about old freindships, relationships, and feelings. Its a great character study with great characters. I especially like that they are wearing retro clothes the entire time. Eric Stoltz character is awesome as the 30 yr old stoner who never grew up. I could find a clip that does the film justice but I found this one on youtube:

Since it keeps popping up in the "most popular" front page thingie of Google Video.ca, I thought I'd post that short :

It was filmed about 5 minutes from where I live, and the guy with the mustache and logo-less black T-shirt was a film school buddy of mine. The main guy with the brown cap is part of a group of indie filmmakers that made a TV show called Phylactère Cola, which had amazing visuals (made on roughly no budget) and was filled with homages to obscure cult movies, from the Santo flicks to Italian zombie gorefests.
