need help with a title
      #135902 - 01/26/08 03:00 PM

Looking for (maybe a TV-) movie about an actress who still looks very young eventhough she has been around for many years, she wear gloves to hide her aged skin on her hands. Or does she? Actually she is the daughter of the actress, forced to take over her mothers role at an award-show, after a un-succesfull facelift. Her mother is now living the life of an older aunt in a wheelchair. The daughter wantīs to break free from living her life as her mothers impersonater, but her mother has other ideas. She wants her daughter to stay in the role. I guess this film is from the early 80īs in the "soon Amy soon" mold, hope someone has the title.
Thanks.

I'm shocked, it's pretty hard to stump this crowd. No idea here either. Could it have been from an anthology like The Twilight Zone or something of that sort?

I was thinking the same thing, Edgar. Though the plot doesnt sound familiar to me I also thought it definitely sounds like a Twilight Zone angle.

I don't know where there is a definitive list that includes plots. However, i glanced at Wikipedia, and they do list all the episodes, and many if not most of these have their own link which leads to an episode page, many of which have plot synopsis.

Hope you find it there. Let us know.
