It's Lovecraft inspired yeah, but not 100% Lovecraft.

Dagon (Spanish-produced film)
Does your list of Gordon include his "Dreams in the witch-house" episode in the series "Masters of horror"?
Come to think of it there's an episode from Night Gallery titled "Profesor Peabody's last lecture" that's inspired by Lovecraft (thus very much in the vein of "In the mouth of madness")

By the way, did a little homework on "In the Mouth of Madness" and turns out to not be a Lovecraft adaptation. The title is similar to H.P.'s "At the Mountains of Madness" but the story and the film are not at all related. However, Carpenter seems to be deliberately paying homage to Lovecraft in this manner and in many elements of the film. Lovecraft? No. Lovecraft inspired? Yes!
Tip of the hat to Psycho.

All I had to go on was that... That and I have seen quite a few adaptations and interpreatations of his work.
And yeah I have seen and recorded all the Night Gallery episodes off the Mystery Channel while it was still running.
BTW I am looking for Lovecraftian films more than just adapatations... Thank you for the help thus far.
