Night Of the Demons

It's been a while since I saw Night Of the Demons, but i remember hating this movie with a passion. I don't remember why. After reading a few reviews and hearing people say they like it-also it being 3 or 4 years since I saw it-I'm wondering if I would actually like this movie, and if i should give it another chance. I would like to hear some other opinions to either reinforce my hate, or help me give it a chance. What do you think about it?

It has Linnea Quigly sticking lipstick through her boob, what more do you need???
I think the whole trilogy is great, can't really explain why or tell you something that would make you want to see it....so really I'm worthless. I say just give it a shot, what do you have to loose?

I really enjoy "Night of the Demons". I guess because it was a movie I watched alot when I was really young. The sequel is good too.....but the 3rd was a total suckfest...in my opinion.

the first two are good, the third had a cool opening, but ultamentally was a cheap halfassed movie and never went anywhere good, give em all a shot

It just got a new release on dvd, but I havent went to look for it.
But back to your original question, definitely check it out,the first one is definitely my favorite, pretty damn good little flick. And some good looking ladies in it too!!

Ok I'm gonna rent it again. I don't even remember why I hated it, I'm excited to see if my opinion will change or not. I figure i'll like it now, i've read lots of good reviews, and Leanna Quigly is a fox!

I love this movie. i just always thought it was fun and entertaining. never got old. and its got the 80's cheese factor which i love.

Ok so I finally saw it again, unfortunately it was the R rated Anchor Bay dvd which I got off net flix. I liked the movie. There was a lot of goofyness which I liked, but it took a while to get to killing, and the kills didn't deliver the blood and guts I was hoping for after all the character "development". So anyone want to tell me what I missed from the Unrated version? Is it that much different? Overall it was a fun 80's horror flick that i'd love to watch with a bunch of friends.

I strongly vote watch it! It's a classic 80's horror flick with plenty of nudity, gore, and laughs. So, in the immortal words of Stooge, "Eat a bowl of fuck!" and watch the damn movie.

NOTD sequels get weaker as you watch each of them.
But they are not totally horrible, you should give them a watch.

Thanks! I'm a bit old fashioned in that I always prefer to go to a store and buy something I can inspect before purchasing but if nothing turns up at my local stores I'll probably hit up amazon. Not a bad price at all.

Monster HD showed NOTD in 1080i right before Dish shut them down, man, I almost forgot how awesome this movie is.
