The long-awaited release of the Japanese version of the 1954 classic, Godzilla will be coming to DVD on 05 September and it will be released with the '56 Americanized version, Godzilla, King of the Monsters. That same day, Godzilla fans will also see the release of; Godzilla Raids Again, Godzilla vs Mothra, Ghidrah The Three-Headed Monster, Godzilla vs Monster Zero, Godzilla's Revenge and Terror of Mechagodzilla. It is. I have the BFI disc, but have been very excited about this. Moreso I'm excited about GRA, Ghidrah and GvMZ.

Yes, the edited American version is nothing like the original Japanese evrsion, much darker and even though I have this on disc, I will definitely be getting these discs.

My sister has informed me that she will be buying me the Gojira/Godzilla King of the Monsters set for christmas, so I am very excited.

Okay, so I was in Wal-Mart buying christmas shopping, and I couldn't resist, so I bought Gojira. i know it's bad, but I just couldn't wait, so I gave my sister some cheaper suggestions and am greatly enjoying this set.

Last Halloween (the best holiday there is) I ran a tourney for the greatest monster/killer matching up the best. The winners where decided by vote and Godzilla swept through and won it all beating Jaws of all creatures!

I think it goes without saying that Godzilla beats em' all, but good on you for holding a tourney to prove it. I think Titanosaurus might be a close call, but nonetheless, Godzilla is the king of the monsters, and will stay as such.
