The last DVD I picked up was a 1993 Hong Kong flick called The Moon Warriors. It's the only(to the best of my knowledge) Kung Fu flick to feature a whale getting into the combat, and man can he kick some ass.

There are two out that I know of. One is an Brazilian import disc that’s NTSC Region 0 and the other is a two disc Italian DVD that’s PAL Region 2. Both of which have English subs. Check www.pokerindustries.com I know they sell both DVD's.

-The special edition 2-disc set of Dead and Buried released by Blue Underground : I saw it at the store and couldn't resist, even tho it was expensive as hell,
-The Columbia/Tri-Star DVD of the Taiwanese flick Double Vision, which I bought used (but in mint condition) at the local video rental store (for only 15 bucks Canadian). Since then I learned it's cut by 3 minutes, which REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I got the Madacy DVD of the excellent Last Man on Earth, starring the late great Vincent Price. Madacy's DVDs usually suck badly, but this one has a very good widescreen presentation of the movie (and the disc was super-cheap).

Today I bought Iron Maiden-Visions of the Beast.It is a collection of all their videos and promotional videos to the Brave New World album.On the The Number of the Beast video they put some animation in it and it features Bruce Dickinson and Eddie in a spoof of The Exorcist.Bruce Dickinson plays the priest and Eddie is Reagan.It's cool,Eddie pukes on Bruce,his head spins around,there is that scene in the film when Reagan rises up on her bed and the statue that appears behind her,the padded bed,the famous picture that is on the DVD and VHS covers,also there are those 1 second frame shots of Eddie's face that pop up like the demon in the movie.

Hey Drauch, You seem like you like the hills have eyes. I saw this double disc DVD for 19.99 at Wal-mart, good deal? Worth buying?
I also bought the new (special edition) Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Mass Edition) at Sam Goody for $11.99! It had the BEST picture quality I have ever seen for this film and recommend it to ALL!

On the UK DVD instead of the Directors Episode there is the Documentery The American Nightmare. I think if you have multi regional DVD player that converts PAL and NTSC I would recommend getting the UK DVD.

brain_eater. Yes, it is a great deal. If you haven't seen the movie, definitely get it. In my opinion it is Craven's Best. Followed by Last House on the Left, NOES.

That's not the cast from a specific film; the interviews were taken from people who have appeared in Craven's films through the years.

Just bought Snuff, the oop Cult Video VHS release. I saw the DVD for a few dolars less and didn't wan't to spend the $ on it but saw this one a few mins later and didn't think twice about hitting the Buy It Now button. Been wanting this edition for a while now.

Just picked up Jacobs ladder, Zombie, and prince of darkness. Then when i got home I discovered my copies of junk, versus, and naked blood showed up. I am a very happy man on halloween!

I just purchased, the new Day of the Dead 2 Disc DVD set. and the 2 Disc Limited Collectors Edition Directors Cut of Battle Royale!! Yay! Cant wait to get those in the mail and feed my dvd player!

If you live in the US it is released by MGM under their Midnight Movie collection. Retail should be $9.99. I picked mine at a Best Buy which, since the movie's DVD release has almost always had the film in stock (All the ones I have visited anyways). Try there first as they are the only ones that I know always charging the recommended price for MGM's Midnight Movies ($9.99).
