Stanley Kubrick's DVD Extravaganza

Yup, just recently Warner Home Video has released some new special edition DVDs of the Kubrick classics we know and love.
Warner Directors Series Collection

Full Metal Jacket

Anyone know what new goodies will be on the Shining double disc? It's one of my favorite films!

The only problem is the Shining's running time is listed at 119 minutes, 23 minutes short of the long version. Hopefully, it isn't correct.

But damn. 56 bucks for 5 2-disc SEs and a documentary. Pretty damn good. Plus, I saw somewhere that the 2-disc Full Metal Jacket is only available in that set. Not sure if it's true.

2 hours, 23 minutes total. I checked today.

But it is widescreen - didn't Kubrick prefer it in full frame?
