Last night I watched Dawn of the Dead with my girlfriend. She does'n like that movie (in fact, she hates it), but it was fun watching her squirm when the bikers got ripped open.

The Mutilator
Lucio Fulci's Cat in the Brain (Didn't like the plot at all and found the film boring at times... But my god, the gore! I think this movie was an excuse to simply film a sequence of gore scenes... which I don't mind one bit! Lots of boobies and one orgy for the guys as well)
Event Horizon (Haven't seen this one since it played in theatres back in the 90s. Great horror/sci-fi entry.)

I'm doing a themed week of Eurohorror viewing. Here's what I've seen so far:
Monday: Opera (Argento)
Tuesday: Inferno (Argento)
Wednesday: Torso (Martino)
What I have planned for the rest of the week:
Thursday: Cemetery Man (Saovi)
Friday: Blood and Black Lace (M. Bava)
Saturday: Demons and A Blade in the Dark (L. Bava double feature)
Sunday: The Night Evelyn Came Out of the Grave (Miraglia), Eaten Alive (Lenzi) and Jungle Holocaust (Deodato)
All of these will be first time viewings, by the way.

Just watched Bad Dreams, and I really dug it. However unfortunatley, I missed the scene where Ralph dies (watched it on tv) and now it's really bugging me. Great movie though.

Referring to Fright Fiend's question, it was'nt terrible. It definatley was'nt that great, nothing spectacular. Perhaps worth a watch, the world's gravitational pull won't become hostile if you don't, not that big a deal. I would however reccomend that you catch it on tv or something, not quite worth a dvd buy in my opinion.

I haven't been watching too much lately as I've been incredibly busy with shit.... I've watched The Abominable Dr. Phibes, Tales of Terror and Twice Told Tales. Hmmm... Been watching mucho Vincent Price lately. Great stuff!

Very true.And any time is a good time for 'ol Vinny! A friend of mine got me Hostel for my birthday, so I watched that twice yesterday, damn I love that movie.

I watched The Return of the Living Dead... Bless Dan O'Bannon (screenplay and director) and John Russo (the book its based on) for this gem. This movie is very dear to my heart. It was released in 1985, the year I graduated high school. The music and the fashion suck me right back to the '80s. If you can get your hands on the soundtrack, its a fantastic set of indie, punk goth... This film has it all, great acting (Burt, Frank & Freddy!), great tits (Linnea Quigley), and great zombies (Tarman)!!!

I love Ichi The Killer! It is one of my favorite films. My mom wouldn't even sit through the first half of it. ^ ^ That makes it even better.
I watched "28 Days Later" tonight, and it is surprisingly creepy. I didn't expect it to be as good as it was.

28 days later sucked, major disgrace to zombie movies. (though I own it as a gift) I watched my copy of DAY OF THE DEAD on DVD with directors commentary from Romero and Suvini and Tom said some nasty words about 28 days later.

tourist trap! Was quite impressed, some nice creepy scenes and a good performance from Chuck Connors, plus a certain plaster scene was quite tense. Let itself down with the voice of one of the manneqins in one scene because it sounded corny and cheesy and laughable but that scene aside the movie was deserving of its cult status

Murder-Set-Pieces. Nick Palumbo's entertaining, albeit vastly overhyped slasher film. I liked it alot, but I found it undeserving of it's endless hype.

Scream Bloody Murder- by all accounts a pretty terrible shot-on-video horror movie, but it was entertaining.
Feeders- more shot-on-video sci/fi horror, and quite possibly the worst movie I've ever seen.
