As far as the trailer I didn't think it looked too horrible, but it's just hard to get excited about another rehash.

At the time they released the original it seemed like a pretty radical idea to me. Of course exploitation was all the rage then. Later I found a short story by Ray Bradbury that dealt with the same exact themes and it was published back in the 40's. Don't immediately remember title but it's an awesome book.
