Things actually worked out well, because I work at Barnes & Noble part-time, which means I get a 15% discount at GameStop on everything except new hardware (there's some weird connection between Barnes & Noble and GameStop that allows their employees to get discounts at both). So I bought a used PS3 for $350, but was able to save a whopping $52 on it from my employee discount, so I basically got a PS3 for $300. Oh yeah, and the guy who helped me at GameStop said I was making the right move by ditching the 360 and getting a PS3. |
