Buddy at this point I'm totally fed up with it. The people at the call center are jack offs. They can barely speak english, have no idea about the console they are offering tech support to and Microsoft doesn't give a shit about the problem. I have come to terms with the fact that I'll be shipping defective 360s back and forth until the end of days. There are two upsides to it. 1. The fact that I'll get a 1 year warranty with every new console they send me, I'll have a 360 that's under warranty forever. 2. I'll get a free one month xbox live gold membership card everytime I send a console to them, I'll have free xbox live forever. Maybe I'll get lucky with the next one, who knows? I do know this, the fuckers have screwed me out of a lot of money so I'll play this retarded little game with them forever if I have to. I WILL get a 360 that works properly if its the last thing I do. Do you hear me Microsoft? I will not be denied!!! |
