Okay, here goes. My first console which was repaired in September of 2007 was still showing up on their active repairs list for some reason. They didn't even have record of sending me either of the two replacement consoles that I've already been through since that point. My representative Ronald, "Do people in India name their sons Ronald?" informed me "from what I could understand" that they were going to strike all previous repairs from my record, which doesn't sound good. I will recieve ANOTHER pre paid box to return ANOTHER fucked up console in, and I will be rewarded for this action with ANOTHER replacement console. I asked about my Live Arcade Games because anyone in the know will tell you that when they send you a new console your old arcade games won't work unless you're logged into XBox Live for whatever reason. He informed me AGAIN that I can re download them for free "because I don't already fucking know that". I explained to him about only being able to play old arcade games while you're logged onto Xbox Live and I swear I could hear his brain skip like a scratched cd. Here's the sweetest part of the deal, they are going to send me ANOTHER free one month Live Gold Membership Card "this will be my third". WOW, I'm not sure I deserve such an amazing present. I can't believe they are going to give me something that I already have and can't use because their consoles are fucking garbage, how nice of them. How about some Microsoft Points to replace the 15 Live Arcade Games that I can no longer play unless I'm logged into XBox Live? Anyways, I already know that the replacement system they'll send will fuck up in a matter of hours. It is a circle of retardation that there is no escape from, kind of like a polygonal hell of sorts. I really hope my next 360 doesn't freeze constantly. Ahh, what are the odds of three in a row freezing? I'm sure this one will get the Red Ring Of Death. I haven't experienced that in a while. Thanks Microsoft, you're the best...
